Tom began his extensive career in commercial real estate in 1988 with a large brokerage firm in the Metropolitan Atlanta area. Having gained a plethora of knowledge and experience in the commercial real estate industry, specifically related to development and leasing, he became a principal partner in a real estate development firm. In 1991, after mastering all facets of the commercial real estate industry, he began concentrating his efforts on development, sales and leasing commercial properties in the South Metropolitan Atlanta area. Tom created Atlanta South Commercial Properties, Inc. in order to specifically meet the needs of clients in this region.

Since that time, he has become one of the most successful commercial real estate broker and leasing agent in the market. With a transaction volume in excess of two billion dollars, his activities continue to range from development of large commercial and/or industrial sites to sales and leasing both office and industrial space.  With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate market and an extensive background as a broker, investor and developer, Tom has become a specialist in commercial real estate throughout the region.  He continues to engage in all facets of the industry including development, sales and acquisitions, leasing and asset management. His portfolio of projects includes large-scale property development, industrial leasing, and all aspects of commercial property leasing and management.
